At the\nleft end of the line write what time you wake up and on the right\nend write down what time you go to bed.\n\nYour line should look like this so far:\n\n6am ___________________________________________10pm\n\nNext, break your timeline up into 3 hour sections like below.\n\n6am____/9am/_____/12pm/_____/3pm/____/6pm/____10pm\n\nNow, chart your meals, snacks, and beverages for today. Place\nan X on your timeline at the time you ate and also write beneath\nyour X what you ate or drank.\n\nThen, chart your daily activity by writing what you were doing\nduring each 3 hour time period above your timeline.\n\nThe last and final step is to look at your timeline and see if\nyou can see any trouble spots. I\'m sure you can... we all have\nthem. See if you have any times during the day where you are\nnot active yet eating too much, or vice versa, times when you\nmay be fairly active yet not eating enough or anything.\n\nThe worst thing you could possibly do if your goal is to lose\nweight (I like to say BURN FAT!), is to position your meals/\nsnacks at the wrong places.\n\nYour body burns calories (energy) 24 hours a day so you need\nto feed it frequently... the key is to position the right amount of\nfood (specifically calories) at the right time.\n\nBy honestly charting your daily activity and nutritional habits\nyou can easily pin point areas that need improvement. Now that\nyou know where your trouble spots are now it\'s time to make\nsome minor (hopefully) adjustments or changes.\n\nOnce you make these changes you stabilize your blood sugar\n(energy levels) which means you will feel more energy all day\nlong, you will be less likely to burn muscle tissue, more likely\nto burn excess body fat, and most importantly, you will be less\nlikely to store any additional body fat!\n\nIn the next email I will talk about some specific strategies for\nhow to easily position the right amount of food at the right\ntime.\n\nWell, I hope you enjoyed the first email and I look forward to\nhearing of your success.\n\nSincerely,\nJesse Cannone\n\nP.S.
